Six Months to Sovereignty Coaching

First/Initial Session or Appointment. This session is for new clients to Kinesiology or our clinic. A full intake assessment will be done, a hands on Kinesiology session, and if appropriate, a treatment plan will be recorded.The initial consultation is to ascertain your needs and what issues you want to be working on. We discuss your objectives and the reasons for making your appointment. 90 min sessions but please allow up to two hours.

Initial Kinesiology Session

Trauma is the response or survival adaptation to something that has happened to us. Trauma is stored deep in the brain and can be triggered by events, smells, situations or things that we come across in our present environment. Using Kinesiology, I access the deeper parts of the brain to release the trauma and shift the stress from your body to allow your system the opportunity to self heal. Trauma is an undigested life experience. A Kinesiology session can assist you to process and release these experiences in a safe environment. 60 min duration.
